I did a poll over on Instagram to see if anyone was interested in doing a book club with me, and there was a good amount of interest, so let’s give it a try!
The book we chose to start with is Atomic Habits by James Clear*. This is a great book to continue our theme of resetting for the new year.
In December I talked about setting goals, then in January we created dream boards to motivate us. We’ll talk a bit about dream building in the coming weeks. And learning about building good habits will help us accomplish our goals.
There are 20 chapters, plus an introduction and a conclusion, so if we all read at least one chapter a day, we’ll finish at the end of February. Each week I’ll post some check in’s over on Instagram–please comment on those posts and let everyone know how it’s going for you.
Then at the end of the month, I will host a live stream for our members to discuss the book as a group. Join our membership to be part of the chat (for as little as $5 per month)!
